ABOUT WEST COAST ESCAPES TV
Season Two

West Coast Escapes, Season Two is hosted by veteran producer John Lovelace (Wings Over Canada, Season 1-10, Men TV, Shaw, APTN) and Lisa van Reeuwyk (Discovering Great Towns, Season One APTN, PBS, SCN). Our first season delivered a lot of feedback from our loyal viewers and our producers were listening! This season the show features definitive west coast experiences while staying true to its roots of hidden getaways and sharing the stories of life on the road less travelled. This season promises to be even more adventurous and entertaining as we hop in the Navajo and discover new terrain, cool gear and inspirational stories.

If you have a product or service to market or an idea for TV then give us a call. We would love to talk to you.
Season 2 of West Coast Escapes will see many great changes. Lisa Van Reeuwyk from Discovering Great Towns takes over as co-host from Adera Angelucci. Lisa has 10 years experience in producing and hosting TV under her belt, and this year West Coast Escapes looks even better.
This season aviation plays a larger part in the series as we move around the west. The Twin Engine Navajo will be featured in a flight up to the subarctic and the F J Cruiser has been replaced by a float plane to access those hard to reach places. We have added new air to ground technology for great point of view shots.
Our HD camera work this year is by Devin Lund, the same camera operator that did Wings Over Canada and the Aviators TV for PBS. Also on Camera is Cliff Markham, an experienced outdoor camera operator as well.
The result is that this season is new and improved, and we have added many more broadcasters including Travel + Escape, Shaw TV, as well as PBS in the USA. CHEK TV has renewed for season two, and the series will be released to markets in Europe and Asia this fall.
